Banquet Hall Rental


Plan 1 - Basic

This plan is for the hall rental only. It includes tables and chairs set-up, speaker system, use of stage, 60-cup coffee makers, and clean-up.

Plan 2 - Full Service

This plan includes use of the hall, tableware (crockery), setting-up of tables/chairs, speaker system, stage, 60-cup coffee maker, table-clothes, napkins, water pitchers, buffet-serving dishes (with burners/serving spoons), and vases.

Plan 2 may require crew of wait staff, which can be arranged if requested at an additional cost to be paid directly to the wait staff by the host.


Terms & Conditions:

  • Rent is for 6 hours of use only.
  • Tables must be covered.
  • Lunch Times: 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
  • Dinner Times: 5:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.
  • $50 for each additional hour.
  • $300 deposit is required to confirm reservation. It is NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit will be returned in full after the event if there are no adjustments needed.
  • No Food/Drinks are allowed to use outside the Banquet Hall. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Full payment is due two weeks BEFORE the function date. Failure to do this, availability of Banquet Hall is not assured.
